For Valentine's Day 2017, Godiva was looking to create a web promotion that would drive people to purchase their V-Day line of chocolates at major retailers like Target and Walmart. I was brought in to help come up with a concept, and I landed on "The Hour of Enchantment," which focused in on the intimate, after-dinner Valentine's Day hours. Compared to the start of the Valentine's Day date, when men typically show up at the door with roses and chocolates, it's the more romantic, magical time of the night when couples can actually share Godiva together.
I also wrote the headline for this, "Godiva the Night Away," which I think really helped bring the idea to life visually. See screenshots of the animated banner ad below.
