With David Ortiz being brought on as the new Topps ambassador for 2018 and 2019, we were asked to create a series of content pieces with him. We started by developing a thematic, and landed on the idea of Ortiz playing the role of Topps’ new “Lead Scout.” From there, we produced videos around his official ambassadorship announcement, Father’s Day, and National Baseball Card Day, as well as content to promote Topps physical packs and their e-commerce product TOPPS NOW.
