Topps was looking to create a Father’s Day digital ad that highlighted how their physical packs of baseball cards were a great gift for Dads to open up with their kids. So to play up this idea of shared joy, I wrote and creative directed “A Home Run Gift,” showing how Topps cards are much more exciting for Dads and their kids to open up on Father’s Day than the traditional, cliche Father’s Day gifts of yesteryear.
